Trust Roofing provided my team with great customer service from the initial sales consultation, to close out. Our project did run into a couple issues with the inspector but Olivia S. swooped in eager to help us get over some final hurdles. Trust came out and installed my roof. The roof looks good and I think the price for the value was good. I had 2 issues, one was that here were a bunch of nails in the drain and when it rained, which was the next day, a bunch of nails were in my driveway, I called Trust and they sent someone right out to clean and re-magnet the area to ensure there was no more nails. The second issue was the crew accidentally drove a nail through the Freon line in my attic. The owner of the company called me and told me he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. So he stopped by and resolved the issue. I want to be clear. This is the way that you handle business and I truly would whole heartily recommend this company as they do care about their customers and the roof does look fantastic.

I definitely do not recommend this company. Their work, attitude and billing are deceiving. The crew (Dieter, Effrin, Manny & Max) working on my roof was disorganized, disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on what Iâ ve seen and experienced this company is untrustworthy.

FINALLY!!! Someone who CAME when they said they would, DID what they said they would do, and FOLLOWED UP after the service performed. Offered a much greater warranty than any other, and some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with, starting with office staff, to Sales Rep, to Owner, to techs. Incredible.

I like the product and it was a good value

There customer service is excellent! Very responsive when you call with a question or problem. They also adjust the price as the work is being done, in my case both ways. I'll explain. I needed a roof repair after a tree fell on my home, they gave me a quote (same day!) and it was differently a fair one. The roof decking went well over the original amount quoted which to me was expected and price went up. Then they over estimated the amount of soffit needed so the subtracted that from the now new price. At the end of the day the cost went up approximately $35 for an extra 80 linear feet of roof decking! Extremely honest and fair! HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing!

They knew what they were doing and let me see there work from start to finish.

Gave previous rating which was not good as 1st day never showed but did call later to reschedule the next day due to illness. 2nd day a no show and no call. 3rd day they called and came to finish job and were very apologetic. They knew what they were doing and very reasonable so I would hire again if needed.

I got quotes from three different places, they were by far the best possible deal. The other two places wanted to do identical roofs for much more money. They were incredibly fast, extremely helpful, and my roof was installed perfectly. I could not be happier. To save you the time, these guys offer the best deal!

We have T&G Roofing Co. for our roof replacement, and we are pleased with the result, my new roof looks very well, and it is exactly how we wanted. We found T&G Roofing Co. very easy to work with, especially with the project manager Mr. Robin Scherer, he is excellence in selecting the materials and getting the original estimate to final installation and I loved his complete custom designed, details of workmanship for my projects. The total cost was reasonable, especially compared to other quotes that I have, and the work team was careful in everything they did, they were proud of the quality of their work, they worked until the job was complete and passed the permit inspections. I highly recommend T&G for your roofing projects.

Before installing a TPO roof make sure to clean your roof with bleach to remove the mold before the roofers install the plastic. Also remove all the old caulking around the edges of the roof because the installers do not do such a good job removing the old caulk.

Robin and his crew completed our roof replacement. They arrived promptly for the job and got to work quickly. The whole crew was professional and worked hard to ensure the roof was completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend T & G Roofing Company to anyone needing a flat roof replaced.

I shopped around a few different companies and they were the best price, best warranty and Robin and the crew were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. If I ever need roof work done again I will definitely be reaching out to them.
