Bottom line is the company is a scam and fraud, they would take deposit and then do not do the work, over 60 cases against them in our area, never intended to do the work.

I signed my agreement in June with Trusted to build my new garage. They were always on time and caring. The sales rep made me feel comfortable and that did not change throughout the process. Everyone was very responsive if I ever had any questions. I will be going back for the rest of my home.

The materials were not on site when the workman showed up. I had to run back and forth to Home Depot for supplies. The cabinet bottom showed up in the wrong configuration, the countertops showed up with the wrong edging, the texturizing had to be done a second time, the painting was sloppy and had to be redone, the electrical work was extremely sub-par - I hired my own electrician to have it redone correctly. I have pictures of the original work. Be prepared to be tied to your house the whole time this company is on site to check them every step of the way. And then I was highly pressured to make my final payment to them before the work was completed.
