I recently had the pleasure of working with Trusted Plumbing & Heating in Renton, specifically plumber Aaron, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, despite his youth, Aaron demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication in resolving my plumbing issues. First and foremost, Aaron's knowledge of plumbing systems was evident from the moment he arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and proceeded to go through a comprehensive checklist of possible reasons for the water leak. His systematic approach not only instilled confidence but also ensured that no potential cause was overlooked. Aaron's efficiency was truly remarkable. He wasted no time in identifying the root cause of my high $700 water bill. He handled both the water leak and the backed-up drain issue. With his expertise and precision, he successfully snaked the pipe, eliminating the blockage and restoring proper flow. Then, he discovered that the excessive water consumption was due to a malfunctioning toilet that was filling too high. Aaron promptly fixed the issue, resolving the source of the problem and saving me from future water bill surprises. In addition to his technical expertise, Aaron's professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. He patiently explained the entire process to me, answering all my questions and putting my concerns at ease. They were great about being able to respond fast but I had to have them come back to fix one of our toilets that still was having issues. After the 2nd visit, both toilets were working correctly. I also had to pay a credit card processing fee which initially I was told I would not have to pay. I could have written a check to avoid this. The repair cost was almost $500 to fix 2 toilets, I probably could have bought 2 new toilets for this price although I would have still have had to deal with installation. They charge $270 to install a toilet, pricey in my opinion.

They fixed a leaky pipe. I felt like they were expensive but they were responsive, came out to me to give a quote, worked the problem knowledgably and efficiently, and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to or alerted me quickly to delays.

Thank you Trusted Plumbing. They were prompt with the quote, had great followed up, and answered all my questions. Scheduled my install on a Saturday, they were earlier and even called to make sure it was ok to come out. Tect was pleasant and polite.

Great company. They fixed the problem the same day. The guys that came by were nice and willing to explain what they were doing. They didn't try to trick me into getting anything extra like you hear some companies do.

Overall experience was very good. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the written estimate was a little vague. After getting that resolved, all went well.
