Very prompt in coming out and fixing the problem. I did have them come back to do another job, clear the shower drain, and thought the cost was prtty high.

Unbelievably, they came to my non-emergency in less than two hours, and performed the repair very quickly. I may have been just lucky, but that is marvelous.

Emergency call main broke from house to street. When called they responded immediately only one home adviser contacted for me. They gave me estimate of 3999.00 I said yes. They asked to pay in full and then they took 2 days to fix. I had taken my disabled sister to my house for those days. Made me uncomfortable thinking that I.d paid and they would forget about us. This is the only real reason a 4 star.

The young man doing the repairs was capable, hard working and completed the job in one day. However, he did not inform us that the piece of wall in the downstairs bathroom that needed to be cut out in order to make the necessary repairs to the outside faucet would not be replaced. We now have a square hole in the downstairs bathroom near the toilet which will require a repair personl Also when the cover to the water turn on and off up near the city street was not replaced, leaving all the on off switches for the neighborhood home exposed. Work great, details not so much!
