I needed to move my natural gas connection for my portable generator approximately 100 ft from current location. Trusted Propane Services was one of three contractors that responded to my detailed scope of work. Jath contacted me right away to set up a no cost estimate. He arrived at the time he stated and quickly took a look at what I needed. Jath quickly identified a way to do the extension that would reduce cost by using less piping and keeping it standard diameter. He provided me all the details for how he would do it and how to get the free meter upgrade. Needless to say, the other contractors all proposed more material and inflated the cost. Jath also located a closer gas connection that I was unaware of; this saved even more money. Jath was very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable on how to do the job while saving money. This work was permitted. The inspector had no issues with the install. I highly recommend Trusted Propane Services. Very honest!!!

Responsive, fast, licensed, quality repair!

The tech was great! He respected my home by taking of his shoes at the door which was 3 stars out the gate. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue which was redirecting my gasline so the my new stove would go al the way to the wall. He patched the área that was cut wasn't perfect or pretty but it's behind the stove. I can sand and repaint it another day, I just wanted my issue resolved more than anything and he cleaned any mess that he made. The cost was more reasonable than the estimate I'd gotten from a plumber. I was satisfied and would recommend. I can't upload the pic, it won't let me, sorry.

Our pool heater was a challenge for us but not for Jath! From the initial call, he was professional and kind. He communicated well, was very punctual and affordable . He knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. I recommend him 100%

I submitted a request through the Angi app for a gas line repair. Jack from Trusted Propane called us immediately and scheduled the appointment with Jath. Jath was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in the repair of our gas line, connected to our Generac feeding to our gas grill. We will definitely hire him again for any future repairs!

Jath was timely and provided great service. I had a quick connect installed on my LP Inground tank for a new generator. Jath was punctual, detail oriented and ensured that everything was leak free and that I knew how to connect the generator and get it started. I highly recommend TPS for your propane/gas needs.

The pro was very helpful diagnosing our propane problem when other companies left us high and dry. He organized, completed, and fixed our issue. He was helpful, pleasant and trustworthy. We would definitely use them again.
