I moved into a home where the previous homeowner hired Trusted Roof Solutions to repair a leak. The work was guaranteed for one year. We had a leak 5 months later in same place. Josh came out and said that the repair was done incorrectly and their company would never do work like that. He told me he would repair. I was not home the day he said he came back to repair. Josh left me a message saying all was repaired. I asked him to provide something in writing that explained exactly what he did. I called 3 times and still have not received anything! Since the repair we had a leak in exact same place. Do not hire this company!

Signed contract July 1st and gave him $1,000 deposit. I scheduled repair for July 9th. I got blown off and no one called back to reschedule. I called several times and no response until I threatened to cancel credit card deposit and go with someone else. They called me back finally and fixed the next day after lots of calls and stress.

Suppose to fix roof in a couple of days but then said it would be 2weeks. Itâ s now a month later and nothing but held hostage with a deposit that was cashed immediately. Have never received a phone call, always had to call them

Friendly and profesional Would do busyness again with them.

Quick assessment of a leak issue near soffets. Followed up with me on possible cause. Recommended A/C repair. Recommendation was spot-on.

Josh showed up on time, provided a fair estimate and completed the job in a timely fashion. The next heavy rain will tell if all roof leaks are fixed but based on the quality of the work I see I'm sure there will be no issues. This is a young company hungry for business. I would definitely recommend them and intend to use them for all future roofing needs.

Josh answered my request on a Saturday evening and scheduled me for a Monday morning appointment. Arrived on time and took care of my roof tiles very quickly. He was very nice and courteous. Pricing was super reasonable. He did an awesome job and I'm grateful for his services.
