The technician was great, came out last Wednesday determined the issue with microwave. Needed a switch and fuse which he didn t have on hand said needed to order. Still waiting on job to be completed otherwise I would have given all 5s.

We called at 11:30, they said they would arrive between 12:00 and 5:00. A few minutes later the repairman said he would arrive at our house in 20 minutes. He did and had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes!
