Jake and his employees were nothing but great! I had a water leak in my shower and needed an entire new shower. Jake responded immediately upon receiving my request and even was able to come give an estimate the same day! He listened to my concerns and provided good suggestions and feedback. When it came down to scheduling the work to be done, Trustworthy Restoration was always in schedule, if not early, and provided me with all the timelines I asked for. The guys that did the work were so nice and friendly and wanted to make sure that I was happy with their work. I am so happy with the finished product! I could barely wait to shower in my new shower because it was so pretty! Every day I look forward to spending those 15 minutes in my beautiful shower! Don't hesitate with these guys. I have actually had work done by trustworthy on two different occasions. Both times were absolutely amazing. My first experience with them was a few years ago when I was renting a home. It had been discovered that the master bath had mold growing behind the tile in the shower. They were able to remedy the mold and restore the bathroom above and beyond in a timely manner. This is why I was so relieved they are on the list provided by my insurance when the toilet in my Master bathroom overflowed upstairs and flooded through the ceiling to my kitchen below. I was so distraught as I had just purchased this home and this was the last thing I needed. However, this turned out to be a truly happy incident! In the span of a couple of weeks, they were able to completely restore my upstairs bathroom and renovate and remodel my kitchen above and beyond it is a former state basically leaving me with my dream kitchen. When it came to picking out replacements Jake was great at guiding me but allowing me to make my own decisions never pressuring me or making me feel rushed. As for the crew that Jake had with him on the job, they were top-notch and very professional. They always communicated when they would be working on the homemaking sure it fit in with our needs as well. Great experience, you will not regret it.
