Bob plays it off as heâ s trying to do you a favor. He gave us a quote and then promised a cheaper quote for us to provide our homeowners and then left our home unfinished. The cement laid was extremely poor. Bob left trash in our yard and floor and covered it with gravel and cement. Bob believes that he deserves to be paid as if heâ s two men. Bob is a liar. This rings true with how he hit our gas meter and never told us. He willingly allowed it to leak gas overnight and had the audacity to lie to my face and say that Columbia Gas wouldnâ t do anything about it. I do not recommend. These are JUST a few of the highlights of our experience. Heâ s also committing insurance fraud.

Bob at Try-County Plumbing did a terrific job replacing the lateral sewer line for me. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls, explained everything that had to be done, gave written estimates and stuck to them. I also appreciated the fact that he gave thoughtful answers to my questions, even consulting the inspectors and getting back to me, rather than giving a quick response. He worked well with the township and the inspectors, and he finished the job in an exceptionally quick timeframe, due to a closing deadline. I was dealing with Bob from out-of-state, and was happy to complete the entire transaction without having to travel to the site. I would give Bob more stars if I could, rarely is it an actual pleasure to work with someone.

Bob did an amazing job replacing a drain in my basement floor. He had to replace a broken pipe and re-cement floor. His work was efficient and timely.

He couldn't make it on Monday due to the fact he was stuck at another job, but he called 3 times that day to update us to his availability. He came on Tuesday when it was convenient for us.

The guys at Try Plumbing did an excellent job at a sewer replace/repair, stayed on target of the estimate and even did a few things extra that came up during the job that they didn't foresee happening. They ran into some parts issues with the Jackhammer that caused a bit of a delay in the repair (not really their fault) but, other than that they stayed true to how long they said it would take to repair.

Bob and an associate located and repaired major sewer line breach / blockage. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and would re-hire them in the future. Good value for the work too.

He is honest shows up wen he says and always answer his phone .he does a great job .my daughter also called him for a job in her walls in the main stack .Bob took care of it promptly .passing along his name to my family and friends . He will be the only plumber we wll call so glad to find Tri county

Bob Zik was not only a terrific plumber, but a super nice guy who bent over backward to get the job done well and promptly. And he's super honest; when the job ended up being a bit simpler than he'd anticipated, he told me (I would never have known otherwise) and gave me a substantial break on the price I'd already agreed to pay. If I could award ten stars on this site, I would.

Bob is a nice and knowledgeable man. He showed up on time and worked with me to find the issue and then resolve the issue. He left the area clean and made sure everything was left as it was before he started. He did not oversell the issue and got to the work and all is well. Highly recommended.

My previously listed review shows the project as "Repair or Service a Well Pump". That is not correct and I could not figure out how to change that. It was a repair to the main sewer line. The company actually used a camera to locate a break in my main sewer line, and then had to dig up the external sewer line where it feeds into the house and replace a large portion of it.

Very good work,knew exactly what was needed to finish the job, cleaned the work area upon completion, good all around job.

He was very thorough and explained everything. He was friendly and nice to work with. I would recommend them.
