We had them replumb entire house and they did a good job but due to the rebuild they couldn't finish everything so had to come back a couple months later when we were ready to finish the job. We scheduled a couple weeks in advance and they never showed up. We called and were given an excuse of an emergency service but told they had a "big new job" they were starting Tuesday. We had to be in by Friday so we agreed as long as they got it done by then. Never heard from again! After we had already used them for thousands of dollars of work and referred to others. By Friday afternoon we hired another local plumber who completed the job in less than 3 hours on Saturday. Unfortunately, we would not recommend Anthony or Tri-Star ever again. Very sad and shows poor character.

I ordered the shower kit from Lowes and it was delivered in a timely manner. However when we opened the box we found that everything was there except the side walls! How can it be a kit if it doesn't have walls? I called the manufacturer and discovered that the problem was with them and their advertising and not with Lowes who were as perplexed as I was. Anthony and his brother loaded the kit in their truck an we went to Lowes where I got refunded the full amount. Anthony then worked with the plumbing department where we got a kit from a different manufacturer which had all the parts and TriStar got it installed just fine. I would call this going above and beyond for the client.

Anthony came on short notice on a Saturday to install our gas cooktop and garbage disposal after we got new countertops. He was on time, gave us his price before he started, and did excellent work.

He was right on time and very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He explained every detail of what he was going to do and did just that! He was reasonable and easy to work with. My house manager of my new AirBB was very impressed.

He was very prompt in responding. He was straight forward with what needed to be fixed without trying to “up-sale” his services.

Anthony was very helpful and kept me informed the entire process. Also took care of my sewer line issue very quickly. I would highly recommend him . He is reasonably priced and didn't try to push anything I didn't need. He is awesome to work with.
