Tub Glazers USA

Back in early March Junior reglazed my bathtub. A few hours after he left I noticed there was a section that looked odd; I attempted to rub it off, but it had already hardened. I immediately called Junior who said that he must have dropped some caulk on the tub surface. I don't understand how he did not see the caulk himself. He then suggested that I rub it off and I let him know that I had already tried to, but it was hard. I was not going to scrap it off for fear of scratching the glaze and then I'd have a peeling tub and $445 down the drain. He said that he would stop by the following weekend to remove the caulk. That was in March. Since then, he scheduled several appointments to come out, but each time he was a no show. The tub is bright white and shiny, which makes the clump of dried caulk stick out like a sore thumb. Also, when Junior arrived to look at the tub, he gave me an upsell suggestion to do something to the tub surround. He said that it would “make the surround look brand new for an additional $50. That was not right. He did nothing to the surround. I know because the same dried water beads that were on the wall when he arrived were there when he left. Overall, with the exception of the clump of dried caulk, the tub came out nice. However, customer service and ones character are as important.

Junior did a very nice job glazing the tub. It looks great! I thought he was a little pricey for the prep work and tile cleaning, which looks no different since the grout couldn't be cleaned.

He had someone else do the job when it was a two man job which i didnt realize at the that it needed two people. I was going to cancel the second check that i wrote but consider this a lesson learned.

Junior and Dominic were true skilled craftsmen. They completed the job as promised and left us with no mess. The process they used does create a lot of fumes, but they took precautions to alleviate this problem. The finished product, tub and surround, exceeded our expectations.

Junior and Dominic were excellent. My tub looks fantastic. They took their time and it is an amazing professional job. I have rehired them to reglaze the wall tiles also. Great guys to work with. Pleasant. You couldn't go wrong by hiring them. I would definitely refer to anyone.

Both Junior and Domonic were exceptionally polite and professional. They were on time, told me every step they were taking. They covered everything and cleaned up everything when they left. Beautiful job on an old claw foot tub. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - they are truly customer service driven!
