I would not recommend him to anyone else. I am not happy with how he talked to me through the phone, he was rude and unwilling to see the job.

This customer initially told me the completed job was great, and she was very happy. A week later she called and demanded I come back out to see her tub. I was honest with her and politely told her 'No, I really did not need to'. Now she posts a bad review. Sheeesh. If being honest and telling her NO is her definition of 'rude', then so be it. Sometimes, all you can do is shake your head and pray for people.

Brad did an amazing job explaining how to prep before and after the job. He was self sufficient and cleaned everything before leaving. He was a wealth of knowledge regarding the tub business. Would highly recommend him.

Linda did a great job on our cast iron bathtub! It looked and felt terrible beforehand, with peeling paint and deep gouges. Now it looks nearly new, aside from the VERY deep gouges in the bottom, which, though still there, have been greatly minimized and are hardly noticeable. It feels better to bathe in, and it's a lot easier to clean.

Brad and Linda were very courteous, friendly and efficient. They made sure I knew when they would be arriving and called to confirm when they were on their way. I appreciated the fact that they were very careful to protect other surfaces with tarps, plastic and paper. They completed the work in the amount of time they estimated. Brad thoroughly explained the warranty and care instructions to maintain the new surface. Brad and Linda were a delight. I'm very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They are very knowledgeable and made the best suggestions to repair our tub that was not as expensive as we had planned for so the cost savings was a huge bonus. Great People!!
