I paid $500, 03 months ago to refinish my bathtub with a five year warranty. Itâ s alredy cracking, and they no longer answer messages or phone calls. If youâ re mine is not trash look somewhere else.

Please hire someone else for your shower/tile needs! I did not get the service completed as requested as I had multiple issues even after being fixed from the initial install. I asked for Tubmasters to return to fix for a 2nd time and have nott heard from him. Overall the job was a waste!

Great guys to work with. Excellent work in removing the old grout from the master shower floor and then replacing and sealing. Extremely fair price. FYI, if you pay by CC you have to pay the 3.5%. I should have asked about payment method, but in the end it didn't matter all that much since the workmanship was so good.

Finally, I found a contractor that is honest, looking at ways to save me money. Tub Masters were on time, answered the phone every time I called them and they did a terrific job in remodeling my kitchen and Master bedroom shower. Daniel and John did a great job! They helped me in a bind, and still may help me get the job finished ahead of my actual main contractor as he just works too slow. TubMasters showed up every day to get my small floor job done... but I'm still thinking about hiring them again to complete the work that my contractor will take months to finish.
