Reviews
Write a ReviewWe developed a small issue with the tub corner, when I contacted there office they asked for pictures, after I sent them the first thing that I was told we set something HOT on that corner or burned candles. I explained that corner was the major issue as I tried a bathtub bond and you can see it was not sanded down. They wanted me to pay $125.00 to repair, later the manager called and said they would take care of the issue. No one has ever contacted me back.
I had left a low rating review previously because after they completed the refinishing of the tubs and vanities in the two baths at our rental property in Seabrook it was reported to us that the product was not holding up. I reached out to TubNotch and had a dickens of a time getting a response. However, they finally did reply and in the end made things right. Additionally we recently sold the rental and due to the issues that developed with the product before the end of the first year TubNotch agreed to transfer the warranty on the work to the new owner. I felt this was very generous on their part as the warranty was originally non transferable. I felt more comfortable selling the property being able to offer this to the buyer. So my new ratings come with this explanation - the work quality gets 5 stars because the guys who did the work were wonderful and very efficient. 4.5 on customer service due to the hiccups with the response when I first tried to contact them that we were having trouble with the product. and 3.5 stars for value for the money because I still have reservations about the product since we had to have them come back a second time to again repair where the product wasn't holding after the first repair. As stated - the job was not a year old and had to be repaired twice already so I do have reservations about the longevity of the product. This is why I am so happy my buyer was able to have the warranty transferred to them and TubNotch agreed to honor it. As a company overall I would recommend them because in the end they came through for us and stand behind their work and their product.
good
These guys came in and got 2 tub and tile completed within a half a day however I got calls about the smell from other tenants. What I know is no one should be in the unit when this is process is happening.
really good conpany easy to deal with
spread the word
Timely job, well done for a kitchen sink resurfacing job. Paint smell could have been better while working on the job
