To start with they were late to the initial appointment by about an hour, no phone call or anything to tell me they would be late. The initial refinishing was full of chunks in the finish and the large ones easily chipped off down to the original tub surface (a different color). They also got overspray on my freshly painted walls and did not care at all when I brought it up. After weeks and multiple attempts to contact them, I was finally able to get them to return and fix the work. This rework was not without issue either. They re-sanded the original work with too rough of sandpaper and you can now see scratches in the new finish. There is also an area that appears to have been coated too thin and is flaking off. The final finished surface was also very rough and has what is called orange peel in the painting world. It is rather frustrating because my tub used to have a perfectly smooth surface, just not the color I wanted. After all of my trouble, I was offered a $100 refund. This refund was supposed to come by a check in the mail. It never arrived and I have not gotten any response from the business owner when asking about the refund check that never came. Overall bad experience all the way through and I do not trust they would honor any warranty.

I am not sure what is the best number is it 1 or 5 anyway I was very satisfied with their work

Did a poor job on my tub. It is rough and not well covered in an area of the tub. Cancelled two appointments to repair the poor job. Now not responding to text/phone messages.
