I hired Tub Solutions to re-glaze my Jacuzzi tub. They instructed me to clean it, thoroughly, before the service. When Brian arrived, he looked at the tub, and he told me that it was in really good shape and that I did not need to re-glaze it at this time. I was taken aback with his honesty. He could have just re-glazed the tub, taking my money for work that wasn't necessary. He also instructed me on what I could do to keep it clean and how to caulk the tub. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor, his friendly disposition, and his honesty. I would recommend the company to anyone who is in need of their service.

We coordinated with Blaine to schedule - he was very responsive and thoughtful about defining what we needed and thorough in his pricing. Brian came that day to do the work, which is a very labor-intensive process. He was meticulous and there isn't a spec of coating off the mark. It looks like our terrible 1976 green tiles are newly installed white tiles! I definitely recommend.

Brian called me the Sunday evening before the Monday job to confirm the appointment time and remind me of what to do to prepare, and then called me again the next day before coming. He worked hard in a small bathroom in what I consider tough conditions to be sure we ended up with a brand new looking bathtub. You d never know there were deep gouges/holes in the tub where he did the repair. The price was reasonable for the work he did. I highly recommend Brian and Tub Solutions.

Brian Harling and his helper arrived on time and proceeded in a workman manner which I enjoyed watching---they knew what they was doing. My tub was refinished by Brian and he did an outstanding job. Even cleaned up. Talked to Blane and he is a character but enjoyed our conversation and Blane helped seal the deal to use Tub Solutions, Inc. Highly recommended.

Blane at Tub Solutions called us before we even finished the ServiceMagic request. He talked us through the project, gave us good estimates over the phone including all the possible variables, and we set up an appointment for a couple days later. We had two tubs refinished and we are very pleased with the work and the professionalism of Blane and his team. The price came in right where Blane said it would and we feel like we got a really good deal.

After the workman arrived and inspected my tub, he consulted with the owner and they determined that due to the damage to my tub they would not be able to repair it. I greatly appreciated their honesty and they gave me suggestions for my options. I was not able to use their services but their customer service was excellent.
