Tub Tech opened up in 2010 with the mind set of providing you with quality work at a reasonable price. Jon Boger decided being independent from the large guys and branching off on his own would give his customers a more down to earth approach on customer service. He has been in the home improvement industry and proudly servicing Denver, Arapahoe and the surrounding Counties for the last 12 years. "I was born and raised in Denver, CO and love nothing more then helping my community, by providing quality work instead of quantity rush jobs." At Tub Tech our main focus is installing and servicing Hot Tubs, Spas and Saunas, but we also do repairs and regular routine maintenance. We service swimming pools as well. "When you buy a hot tub for $300.00 that's 15 years old spend a few hundred dollars to fix it, and expect it be the best hot tub in the world. You are only mad cause you bought it in the first place. Time was an issue because of ordering and weather. I don't control those things. He must think he's my only customer, and doesn't understand that if the weather is bad that he's not the only one getting pushed back. However unfortunate , there is nothing I could do to speed it along. This tub needs a lot of work, and a little patience. A new tub is a better idea."
"Sometimes you have to fix something to find that something else is broken. That's what happened in this case. The heating element was bad. The temp sensor turned out to be bad to. But you can't tell the temp in the tub until it's heating. So I didn't have a chance to actualy test it. But the job is complete. Next time hopefully a 5 star rating but a good out come."
