This company refinished my bath tubs on 6/23/20. We waited until July 16th to get near the tub to finish out the bathroom thinking that would be plenty of time for it to cure. Instead, just during a days time (and not dropping any tools in the tub or on the surface), the finish started rubbing off, bubbling and peeling. We were very careful because with any tub we know it can scratch. These were not scratches. We had 2 tubs done and there were more than 15 different locations where the finish was coming up. When I called the owner, Alex, to report the issue I was taken aback at how rude he was immediately accusing us of doing the damage. He asked for photos and we talked via text. In the end he offered to redo it for $180 - the cost of the materials. This is a high end house and after our conversation, not only was I not comfortable trusting this company to fix it correctly, I was not comfortable allowing this man in my house to review the issues in person. We hired a different company to strip it and do the job correctly. They reported that there was not enough primer used, the finish did not bond at all to the surface and they were able to remove it in a matter of a few minutes. I again contacted the owner 8/13 who tells me there are no refunds. I wanted to give him the opportunity to make this right but was not successful.

If I could rate zero stars that is what is I will put. They came out and did a repair of my laminate and the job was not even good then. The surface was uneven after finished. 3 months later I discovered an area on the countertops that was bubbling. I thought there was something stuck there and continued to rub it and it started to peel away. I also discovered more bubbles in that general area, so I notified the company. It took them over a month to come out to look at it. They kept changing my appointment time saying *Oh no it was scheduled for next week*. They finally made it out and then tried to blame it on me, saying I dropped something on it! Then they wanted to charge me 100.00 to repair their bad work. Being very upset I used profanity, and he just declined to repair it at all. Do not use Alexis company. They do not do good work to begin with and will not guarantee their work. Please find someone else to help with your projects.

Prompt to arrive. Got the work done and was very polite. He did a very good job.

My nasty 1986 bathtub looks incredible! My tech was detail oriented, conscientious, and cleaned up carefully. The job looks so good I'm going to have them coat my dated cultured marble tub surround also.

The finish was not consistent and the service provider did not feel this was achievable (but did not mention this upfront). I've had two tubs refinished in prior years by different companies and the entire tub is smooth to the touch, so I know that it can be done.
