Full tub resurface took about 3-4 hours. End result looks fantastic and they have a 3 year warranty on the work. So much better than installing a new one!

Add on charge for trip after the work. Did not mention a trip charge when setting up the appt. Also late arriving!
Response by Tubs and More: Jeff , I'm sorry you didn't receive excellent customer service you deserve. I do remember discussing the trip fee on the initial phone conversation. I provided you with a price over the phone and itemized each charge including the trip fee. When you called back to schedule the work, we discussed the price for Chem washing. I should have reiterated the trip fee at that time but failed to do so. I apologized for the miscommunication. Thank you for your feedback. Charles Arnold

They completed the job in about 3 & 1/2 hours,could have been less had the worker,not made so many trips to his truck...I suggest they get a big tool box & carry what's needed to do the job in at one time...Right now the tub looks great,but time will tell,you should do a follow up on it a year from now....I had another company do one for me & a year later it was pealing..Over all they did it fast & looks good...Joe C.
Response by Tubs and More: Thank you for allowing us to serve you. We train our technicians to use certain items and "take them back" to the van. This is an important part of the job, because once certain chemicals are used it is best to put them away. By putting them away, we increase safety and remove the opportunity for spills etc. As for having a larger toolbox, this will never work. Most bathrooms are small and a larger toolbox would only be in the way. We keep a trash bucket a ventilation machine and hvlp in the area. Thanks for the suggestion, but our six sigma review reveals no other ways to trim our process. Thanks for your rating.
