Tree limbs were dropped when cut not lowered down. MY Sidewalk had a corner broke off while removing the tree. Tree stump was nor completely ground down at the perimeter of the stump it was left and would be above the grass. I had to rent a stump grinder and regrind the stump to make the area suitable to lay sod. They ripped up a patch of my neighbor grass. The neighbor wanted a few pieces of new sod to repair the spot. They never did it. They just put back the old grass, which is turning brown. The help I must say were courteous. All the help were hard workers and tried to do a fair job. Owner was a little stubborn when it came to taking the customers suggestions, like the stump grinding which would have only taken a few more minutes to do it correctly and giving the neighbor a few squares of sod. and not even a word about cracking my sidewalk. They are all the risks and responsibilities that go with owning a business and this owner seems to evade them.

HE WAS PROMPT. HAD A LOT OF TRIMMING AND REMOVAL OF TREES. CAME WITH A GOOD CREW TOOK AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS AND RAKED UP ALL OF THE AREA WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

They are experienced with difficult situations and have the bucket truck and equipment. Though my job was an expensive project due to allowing vine growth for years, they were able to get most of it off. I would definitely recommend them for large projects.

They had the right equipment for digging out oak tree roots. They also cleaned up when finished. Very pleasant to talk with.
