I paid $160 dollars for him to tell me that he couldn't really fix my problem, but were temporarily able to get the drain flowing. They were only at my house for an hour and 15 minutes, and they left my basement a disaster. My floor was full of black wet stuff from the drain that they "cleared", and I had to clean it up myself. I also found him very difficult to understand. I just felt like I paid way too much for such poor service.

My sewer backed up. It was my fault, flushing things I shouldn't have been. Tuffy came out on a Saturday afternoon and fixed the problem. He was very polite and the price was great. I will never call any other plumber but Tuffy. Thank you for your wonderful service!
