This company is absolutely fantastic. James, the master plumber, who does a lot of the work is efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, very respectful, and will NOT try to pull the wool over your eyes. He knows how to get things done and cleans up after himself. He is on top of things. if thereâ s an emergency he will work you or twll you not to worry and explain what to do until he can get to you! And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I have used them several times and referred them to multiple people who have used them and they all love this company.

He came immediately and was super nice. I had no open drains which meant no plumbing, no toilets and I was in panic mode. It was Sunday and everyone was closed or wanted to charge a very expensive fee just to come out and look. Tug can out within a couple hours and took care of the job quickly and with a guarantee. I am so pleased with him and his work. I will not hesitate to use him again when I need help!
