"This customer did not understand exactly what the cover was going to be like. Once we installed it, he wanted an alteration. I was happy to do that alteration for him, but it was going to require more materials and the time of my designer and installer to go back out there. I offered to do it for a nominal fee which would not have even covered my expenses. We always communicate as clearly and thoroughly to our customers as possible on the front end because we want them to be happy with their purchase."
