"Denise?s comments are very surprising and, in my opinion, extremely unwarranted. We actually started the job a few days early. She carefully observed all that transpired and we implemented modifications she requested. I arranged for waste pickup earlier than scheduled to accommodate her. The waste was picked up in a pouring rainstorm. On the final day she was very happy and even showed it to one of her friends. My impression was we ended on very good terms."
