I have been living in this apartment building for about 8 or 9 years and we have always had heating issues. From the moment they came they said they would do their best to make sure there is heat and we don?t have to go through this again. Was quick to respond and seemed knowledgeable. They said my issue was a main sewer line clog and charged me $450 (Angi quoted $200). They would not take credit as a form of payment (only cash or check). I was on an important work call and wanted the issue resolved so I went along with it. I forgot to ask for a receipt after they left and contacted them to request one. No response whatsoever.

Mike from Turbo is fantastic! I had someone else booked to replace a leaking water heater for me Friday afternoon. In the morning he planned to be at my place by 5pm. By the afternoon he was supposed to be at my place by 7pm. By 8pm he wanted to come in the morning and charge me $500 more than we agreed on. Call Mike at about 8:30pm on a Friday night. Not only does he take the job for less than the guy who canceled on me, but he comes 8:30am on a Saturday, hauls away the old water heater and installs a new one in no time. It's so hard to find a plumber willing to work weekends without being charged a fortune. Just call Turbo first and get the job done well, fast, and for a fair price.

I came home last night to a ruptured hot water tank. This morning I requested an estimate through Home Advisor. Shortly afterward, I got a call from Mike, from Turbo Plumbing and he said he would come over and assess the situation. He promptly showed up about an hour later, discussed replacement options with me, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. So I agreed to have him do the work and he left to pick up the new tank, he returned a short while later, removed the old tank, and installed the new tank. all within 2 1/2 hours! He was very professional. polite and performed clean work. I would hire this plumber again without hesitation.
