"Lou, We?re sorry to hear you are unhappy and would like to address the points you are making in this review. 1) First off, we did not ?steal? any materials from your job site. You claimed a shovel went missing during the duration of the project. We tried to locate this shovel with our crew, and even brought back a comparable shovel to your home but you said it was not the correct shovel. We are happy to reimburse you the cost of a shovel if you email us a Zelle username to send you the funds for the cost of a new shovel. 2) Regarding the crack in your driveway, we advised this was a third party vendor and was not caused by our crew. We attempted a repair to at least minimize the crack in the driveway by leveling off the area when we received your satisfactory sign-off for the project. We provided the vendor information for you to deal with directly. 3) The putting green was moved to a different area by you than originally planned. The side you moved it to is butting against an aluminum rail fence which does not allow us to secure the base material, even after we used polyboard to build the area up. You did not notify us that the putting green was ?unusable? until you were 4 months out of warranty (1 year workmanship warranties are standard in the artificial turf industry) in at the end of January 2020 (past your 1 year workmanship warranty period). We completed nearly 200 projects in 2020 and have proudly handled all warranty calls to date when notified by the customer within their warranty period. If you would like, you can email us pictures of the issues you are having and we can quote a repair (we will do it at cost with no profit since you are an existing customer). 4) The lack of communication on our part is something we will own. When you reached out to our field supervisor directly to do another area at your home (instead of reaching out to our main office or communicating your requests via email), we simply were not interested in working with you and should have relayed that information sooner. At no point during your warranty period, did you reach out to any of our employees advising of a warranty re-call, or we would have happily handled it. To any potential customers reading this review: We have worked hard to garner a spotless reputation throughout the state of Florida. This is evident by the numerous positive online reviews we have and the fact that most of our business comes from word of mouth. Unfortunately, this customer is unhappy despite the fact that during the project, we went above and beyond to oblige many of his last minute changes (which goes against the contract language). Had this customer notified us of ANY warranty issues, we would have fixed them."
