Dean came out and gave me a quote the day after I had called to ask for an estimate for an installation on a sprinkler system for our home. He was the only quote I did receive, but I have to tell you after I had read some reviews of other companies I felt extremely comfortable with Turf Industies. It wasn't that they were bad reviews with the others, but it was the quanity of reviews and some did have some that weren't that great and some were okay. Also, I am very busy so to try to set up appointments with others was just not going to happen. Everything Dean promised was done, quality, cleanliness and after two weeks you can not even tell anything has been done to my lawn. I was also impressed with the outcome of how the heads for the shrubs and flowers came out. They give you a 10 year warranty with the system which was very important as well and I know if I had a problem they would take care of it without any hesitation.

Turf Industries delivered!! The install was above and beyond what I expected. I have a small city lot and they were able to figure out how to position sprinkler system so that it would only get the lawn and not the sidewalks and drive. Anyone with a City Lot would understand. Work was spectacular. Dean was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Would recommend over and over again. P.S. Dean's crew that worked on the property were so respectful of my property and neighbors. You would not even know they were on the property.

We would highly recommend Turf Industries. They did a great job installing our irrigation system as well as our outdoor lighting. Dean took a lot of time to make sure we would get the final results we wanted. Pricing was very fair, especially when compared to other bids we had. This company deserves top-rating!

Turf was able to cover the entire yard, where others said they could not. Granted, this took a little creativity, but Turf was able to make it happen.

From start to finish this was a positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a sprinkler install. I went thru Home Advisor to find a reputable company in my area and based on past reviews Turf delivered as expected. I spoke with Dean initially who answered all my questions over the phone and setup the appointment to walk me thru an estimate for everything that would be needed to get 100% coverage for my lawn. Pricing was inline with my expectations and offered some additional perks that a few neighbors of mine didn't get with their systems from a different installer (separate zones for front/rear beds, rain sensor, 100% overlap,etc.). The install was a 6-7 hour affair and the crew did a good job cleaning up everything once done. Once completed they walked me thru each zone to show the spray patterns/head and also how to program the control box. Dean ensured I was 100% satisfied before taking 1 cent for the job and I have no doubt that should I need service in the future, they will deliver!

everything was done very well.

This was a rather complex job in repairing and upgrading my 33 year-0ld sprinkler system that I originally installed. The controller was replaced, and the valves also, and several sprinkler heads were replaced and some repositioned. Three lines had to be re-routed because of a new patio. Dan and his crew did an excellent job, and the cost was below my estimate and very fair. I would highly recommend Turf Pro. Very customer oriented folks. Pleasant to work with at all times. Easy to work with

We put in the sprinkler system at least 5 years ago. It has always worked well. They turn it on, check each sprinkler, and repair the heads as needed each spring. Each fall they shut down the system. We have just had light maintenance over the years until this year. When the city repaired the sidewalks there was damage to the system. Turf repaired everything and it works great again.

Service man was not very cooperative and didn't seem very knowledgeable of sprinkler systems

they called me right away and was able to fit me in right away also.

From the first contact for an estimate, to the completion of the irrigation installation, it was done with complete professionalism and courtesy. All could not have been more helpful in everything. We totally understood everything that was going to be done and how. So glad we chose them for the job. Heard horror stories about others, but we are very pleased with our choice.

Service is wonderful, they are right on top of things. Knowledgeable and dependable, exactly what I appreciate when doing business with a company. Also, their prices are quite competitive.

Excellent and timely.

They installed a new system and had to coordinate with my landscaper. The process was flawless and timely. When I had issues with coverage during the season their response was immediate and complete. During the winter shutdown process they repaired damage from an aeration procedure quickly and thoroughly.

Great follow through and immediate service. Very impressive!

I had 4 systems that stopped working, one last year and 3 this year. Their tech spent thee first day trying to determin where the break in the wire was. He came back later in the week to run a new wire between the area he suspected the break was. Lots of time spent , but 3 zones are working. The 4th could not be fixed without lots more time so I told them to forget about the 4th zone. I'm happy with their work , but I didn't expect the high price.

Though they were more expensive than we expected to pay the work was done in one day and the worker knew everything and had everything he needed on his truck. After years of sprinklers not working, Turf did a very good job. We are happy.

They installed the system on 8/21/2012 & my neighbor's on 8/22/2012 . My system has 35 heads & a water meter with a rain monitor. It took them 5 hours, with 8 people & a plummer . Both systems took about the same time. The other system had 37 heads with rain monitor/ no water meter . They did a exalt job and cleaned-up after ,and removed the left over soil. I would recommend them.
