They destroyed the lawn in the process and would not return any calls to fix and regrade the lawn. Not a good thing when you sit on the patio and look out at tire tread marks and indents left in the yard. UPDATE 10/24/19: They have contacted me and want to make things right, they said that it was miscommunication.

Started the job, left, and never returned multiple calls or emails. I needed to hire another company to perform the bulk of the work.

"The homeowner lived in Florida and was up for a few weeks to renovate the house and rent it back out. We came out and remove the old landscape. When we tried to contact the homeowner to pay for the new plants we were going to put it, we could never get a hold of her. She went back to Florida and after several phone calls and emails never returned, we decided to terminate the job and the work we already performed we did not get paid for. Several weeks later the homeowner contacted us wanting to know why we didn't finish, and I politely said because we haven't been paid and now she was going to have to wait behind our current customers."

Adam is very professional. He arrived the same day we spoke, did the quote, and impressed us with his knowledge. When he did the lawn, he and his crew cleaned up the downed branches, tied up some bushes, did a great job with the edging, in addition to mowing the lawn.

After two day the grass looked like it had never been cut and the lawn had high spots in it where it had not been cut. Had to call them back to weed eat and then they didn't blow off the area after the did it a second time. They just wanted to get in and out as fast as they could instead of taking their time and doing the job right the first time.

These guys were very nice and did the job quickly. It is a little hard to schedule with them, they always seem to be too busy so I had to use someone else the next time I needed my lawn done. They are $5 cheaper than most but they didn't edge. All in all I was pleased and will use them again if they are available when I need it.

For the most part I am very satisfied with Turf Masters. My only complaints are that there have been clumps of grass in the yard after the mowing was completed. This was probably due to the fact that the grass was so long and wet. The other complaint is that some of the times there has been some grass, not a lot, in my flower beds. Other than these two things I appreciate all that the cutters are doing. Well Done!
