Turf Masters (Operations Office)

They RUINED our beautiful lawn in the front and backyard. Worst service of any lawn weed company we have ever had at any of our properties in GA!

I have been happy with Turf Master’s lawn service both at my office and my house for the past year. A Turf Master person calls and offers to do three and shrub service. Within a week of them spraying my trees, two recently planted Leland Cypress trees started turning brown. One of them eventually recovered while the other must be replaced. I called them two times before a specialist came out to say it is not their fault. Even after I explained to him that these trees were green for months and only started turning brown days after they treated them. Turf Master guy told me that we did not water them properly. Meanwhile my landscaper with 30 years’ experience was asking us not to over watered them.

I had my yard sodded with Zoysia in the spring of 2024. I hired Turf Masters to treat the lawn. On more than one occasion I explained that it was new Zoysia. It didn't turn green in the spring and I called to ask them about it. The person i spoke to said Bermuda and Zoysia were slow to green up this season and to give it time. I gave it more time then called to cancel my service with them. They sent someone out who said all it needed was some fertilizer. They treated it again. It is now dead in most places. I have attached a photo of the grass in the spring of 2024 pre Turf Master and several of the post Turf Master treatments

Technician James C. and helper came by today to take care of my lawn. James and helper were fantastic. They very clearly paid attention to detail despite it being almost 100 degrees out today. They also took the time to explain to me lawn observations and how best I should water the lawn. Thanks guys for doing such great work!

Turf Masters does a great job taking care of our lawn!
