We contact him on a Monday & were able to get on his schedule the same week. He quickly assessed the problem & completed the repairs. He ensured we were completely satisfied before leaving. Hired Bill (Turf Rescue) for a backyard paver patio installation in April 2026. The project was contracted as a 3-5 day job with a start date in early May. Bill completed the initial demo and gravel base, but progress stalled shortly after. Over the following 8-9 weeks, communication became increasingly inconsistent ? he would routinely cite various delays. Multiple follow-up texts and calls went unanswered. Bill never provided a confirmed schedule or expected completion date. I ultimately had to cancel the contract and hire another contractor to complete the work. The demo and base work appeared adequate, and I don't believe Bill is dishonest ? but reliability and communication are concerning issues.

The work was done perfect, on time and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Bill and the business for landscaping work.

Bill did an awesome job on my project. The retaining wall looks great. It looks strong and pleasing to the eye. I should have no more trouble with erosion. The plants and sod he supplied were beautiful and healthy. Even the rocks he put down look good. I am so pleased with the finished project. Bill was patient and worked with me to get all of my problems resolved. I will definitely hire him for my next project.

The Turf Rescue team discussed our needs first, supplied an honest quote, worked fast and cleanly! We were thrilled with the outcome- trees trimmed, lawn mowed, flower beds cleaned out and readied for spring! Will use their services again!

Turf Rescue did a wonderful job. William kept me informed and was able to do the service I needed in a prompt manner. His guys worked very hard and William was onsite almost the whole time. Putting stones instead of mulch made a world of difference.

We hired Bill and his team to cut down three trees, grind the stumps, and cut the wood into firewood. He was very professional. Bill was superb! I needed to have over 2 inch thick ice removed from my driveway and he had the right equipment and experience because this was not a job to be done, by hand! Had an enormous amount of ice that wasn’t melting because it was on the north side of the house and wasn’t getting sun. Bill gave me a fair price to come and move it off my driveway so that we can get our cars out of the garage. While here, he noticed my neighbor struggling with the same issue. Bill responded promptly to my request. I needed clean-up of the snow/ice mixture on my ramp and my sidewalk to my car. I don't know what the machine is called, but Bill used it to grind the ice and snow away. I now have a clear ramp and a clear sidewalk. He also cleared the snow off my car, which I had not expected. Bill was very courteous and personable and helpful. And his price was reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I have the same need.

Bill is very professional, punctual, and expedient. After we agreed on a reasonable price he cleared out the ice and snow on most of my parking lot using a snow plowmobile. He brought along ice melt which made the cleared areas immediately passable and safe. I will certainly use him again!!

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, had a great vision of the project and several times went out of his way to fix unexpected issues. I had a previous well-known landscaper that provided very small plants and minimal service for a much higher cost. The plants installed with Turf Rescue were much larger and mature. I would highly recommend Turf Rescue and in fact, he is now doing my backyard. Very reasonable and easy to work with. From neighbors comments, it is a wonderful transformation. If you want great customizable results call Turf Rescue.

Bill and his helper got here about 10 AM. And proceeded to cut down my redwood tree. Bill was very friendly did a wonderful job, and his helper was fantastic! He racked the yard drug out all the limbs that were cut down along with the big pieces. I will definitely recommend Bill to friends and neighbors. Not to mention, I will use him again.

I hired Turf Rescue to install sod in my front and backyard. Him and his crew were very professional and efficient with the install along with offering to come back to mow the yards to maintain the pristine look they left me with. I've recommend them to a few of my friends and neighbors because you can they're passionate about their work and the results speak for themselves.
