I have a pet and grand children, and like to keep them off the lawn immediately after applications are made. Despite my request, early own, to be notified of applications, the owner refused to place a sign in my yard, note on my front door or notify me when lawn applications were made. To this day, I cannot confirm any of my lawn applications have been made since neither my wife nor I have ever seen it being applied. I paid for a full year's service in advance (big mistake on my part). When I declined Fall aeration/overseeding, because the price quoted was noncompetitive, the owner told me the value of my business was not worth his time without Fall aeration/overseeding, and that he would discontinue service after year end. I had already planned on discontinuing business with this company, so his timing was perfect. Buyer Beware !!

"Please review my other 98 reviews with an average rating of 4.58...this simply does not make sense. The customer constantly tried to get the employees to perform extra tasks as well as add-on 1 ft. to the width of the walkway/patio when I was not present, which would have resulted in a $800 overrun. So, yes, I might have had a little heartburn over that and other issues. Product came out very nice and I will be glad to offer pictures in it's defense. This project was done over a year ago as well, so you have to wonder what took so long to post inaccurate nasty comments."
