Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Scheduled an appt for a Thurs, they never called or showed up. I had to call them to ask if they were still coming, was told equipment was broken and should?ve been ready the Tues before my appt )that should?ve been communicated), contractor scheduled for the following Tuesday. I had to contact them to see if they were coming, again x2; replied the next day, after my 2nd text, and was told it would be after noon; I text at 8pm and cancelled because I never heard from them after noon; was told they were occupied till 7pm, and the contractor doesn?t allow his crew on-site without him. From noon-7pm, there had to be an opportunity for them to contact me, and they didn?t. Either way, I was the one contacting THEM about my appts. Lack of communication is the reason I?ve given them 1/2 a star. Communication builds trust, and lack of communication made me feel like what I needed wasn?t of importance. So how could I trust I?d be taken care of? Very disappointed in this company. I was trying to help out a local business, but it wasn?t important to them.
