So a hard to treat in fertilize. My yard. they did not look at the Different types of grasses that I had on my shaded lawn and put Down general weed Killer to kill Everything but Bermuda PERIOD Andthey left me with a mess. RATHER than recommending grass for other areas of my lawn they came aling with aeration that I didn't ask them to do. When I complained they didn't do anything to fix the problem. I refused to pay them for the shotty job the set it to collections and put in on my credit report. Stay away from them! Ripoff!

The techs are quick and professional. So much so I didn't get to talk to them. I have yet to see the results of their treatment of our lawn since it was applied two days ago. The home office has listed me as living in Overland Park ... should be Shawnee. Huge difference in Weed Man's estimate of square footage versus True Green's (roughly 10,000 versus 6,600). Looking forward to see the results of their work.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars then I would. Horrible experience and worst customer service experience. I paid them over $500 for the year to take care of my lawn. They KILLED my lawn in the backyard and didn't fix any issues in the front. Then they asked for more than $500 to aerate and re-seed my yard. Customer got defensive and hostile about my concerns. Was told multiple times that they would get back to me but that never happened. I was just speaking to a Chris about me cancelling my contract and what issues I had with the work they did when he hung up on me and won't return phone calls. Was told that the management knows about the issues I have with the lawncare they provided but apparently they don't care as they won't discuss it with me either. Please DO NOT use this company or be prepared to deal with the frustration and dead lawn that I have experienced.

I have used Weed Man for several years, but feel their success in dealing with my weeds is becoming less each year. This past year the results were terrible.

Stay Away from this company. I hired them to reduce weeds with the spring application. I was told it would last for 6 months. 6 weeks later I have an area with weeds. I called in and was told they would enter a service ticket and take care of the problem. Never heard back and when I called very rude female told me that because I only used the service one time no warranty or follow up would happen. They have tried to sell me the yearly program with phone calls and e mail several times and I wanted to see how they did on the first time out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

In the recording of our call, we did not promise you 6 months of control on our spring application. We actually explained to you that there is no "quick fix" for a weed issue like the one that you described, and that we strongly recommended that you have multiple treatments to help correct the issue. There is not a product on the market, or even in development, that will keep your lawn free of weeds without killing turf for six months. I apologize that you had a negative experience with our customer service representative, and I will look into that, but please do not put falsehoods on our review page.
