Communication with this Pro was very poor. Calls were not returned in a timely manner and I was not updated as to what would be done and when to expect them. It is difficult to rate the quality of work since it is on the roof. Since I did not clearly understand what would be done I did not get additional estimates for the same work so I cannot address the value for the money.

The project went ok. I had problem communicating with the crew. They were all from South America or Mexico and they did not speak English and I speak very little spanish. The supervisor that spoke the most English came late and stayed about a hour then departed. He returned late that evening finally with another trailer to load the debris from the roof into. The project could have gone a little faster if the 2 trash trailer would have been there in place. I had to call Scott several times to get him to come out for clarification and he did not speak anymore spanish than I did. All of the crewmembers were very nice and courteous.

Scott and Leah did a very professional job. Their bid was very competitive among 6 bidders. As we made changes to the project, Leah emailed new quotes which often arrived before I could get to my computer, unlike any other bidder. The project started on time, progressed without delay, and ended on time. The project entailed replacing about 50+ squares of shingles and skylight on a 12/12 slope roof. The work site is on a steep slope and much of the house is generally inaccessible for delivery of materials and debree removal. However difficult, their cleanup job was excellent. Project was completed on schedule, and as originally quoted.

Quick turn around. No show boat sales pitches about how great they are. Matched or beat prices and warranty of others. Very responsive. I still haven't heard from some of the others and the job has been completed for a week now.

They were very QUICK to respond and complete the job! We haven't had a big storm yet, so I can't rate the quality. It also seemed a bit pricey for such a quick project- but I guess it's worth fixing a leak!

Bill Cross of Turn Key Roofing is very knowledgeable of the roofing business. My project is on hold until futher notice. Bill and I discussed my options on my roofing situation and we both agreed to hold. Bill is very polite and courteous. I will use Bill's company when we are at the point where I need to replace portion of my roof.

Exceptional. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with these guys. I went with them mostly because of a super comfort level with them. They responded very quickly to my request and came out the next day to do the estimate. Answered phone calls/emails promptly and provided a written quote on the spot. Excellent pricing and great value. The work they did was as speced and promised and in a timely manner. I had one small issue after completion but they came out the next morning and quickly resolved it. Overall very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
