The crew was very professional and very respectful of private property. Each man had his own job and did it very well.

Communication with this Pro was very poor. Calls were not returned in a timely manner and I was not updated as to what would be done and when to expect them. It is difficult to rate the quality of work since it is on the roof. Since I did not clearly understand what would be done I did not get additional estimates for the same work so I cannot address the value for the money.

They have been patient with us, and we are looking forward to our new roof!

They did excellent job. They cleaned up and we are happy with the work they did.

The project went ok. I had problem communicating with the crew. They were all from South America or Mexico and they did not speak English and I speak very little spanish. The supervisor that spoke the most English came late and stayed about a hour then departed. He returned late that evening finally with another trailer to load the debris from the roof into. The project could have gone a little faster if the 2 trash trailer would have been there in place. I had to call Scott several times to get him to come out for clarification and he did not speak anymore spanish than I did. All of the crewmembers were very nice and courteous.
