Turnstone Builders, Inc. provides services in the residential and commercial construction markets for the entire state of Delaware. Our experience ranges from the smallest of repairs to large commercial multiunit living facilities. Turnstone Builders completes an average of two to three high end custom homes a year, ranging from 4000 to 8200 sqft. We also work with investors building efficient homes for first time buyers, retirees, or rentals. Our services also include complete renovations from total rehab to modern additions of historic homes, flip homes, and newer homes. Our goal is to maintain high quality standards that are not typically achieved in the fast paced setting of todays construction markets. We also focus a great deal of attention to complete projects as scheduled. We manage to complete a multitude of job tasks in house by cross training our employees to specialize in several fields. We also have an established network of subcontractors skilled in all trades necessary to complete any job. Our full time office staff allows for accurate billing, faxed/email communications of job progress and schedules, and constant documentation of projects. On site supervision by our field managers ensures quality work, detailed communication, accurate scheduling, and a safe work environment. Turnstone Builders offers clients a complete package from start to finish. We provide cad design and architectural prints, obtain all approvals for permits, planning and zoning, fire regulations, and HOAs. We assist with paperwork for financing companies, banks, and appraisals. We also provide extended warrantee and service programs.
