Kenny came right out and gave me a bid that seemed quite fair. I couldn't resist his happy character. The job was to add insulation to a small rambler. I told him to "just fit it in" to his schedule. A week later the crew arrived and were done in a couple hours. All is good. Get this, Kenny wears a hoodie. Too funny.

Arrived as scheduled and finished the same day. They were very careful about cleanup and not tracking anything into the house. We had them add insulation in our attic and the house now seems warmer and less drafty.

First course of action was to check L&I on the contractor regisitration and if any complaints were submitted against the corporation. After checking the company, I found out that I knew the owner who participated in a Bible Study I attended. Based on this information and the data provided on the L&I website, I hired the contractor to do the insulation work.

They did an excellent, professional job of both insulating under the house and in the attic on a project made complex by the many odd angles in my house (3 hexagons put together) I appreciated the thoroughness of their description to me of the options and of the natural products they used, the speed with which they were able to get to the project, the friendliness of the service and the people involved, the way they stuck to it to get finished on time and before the freezing cold came, even though this meant that the guys under the house worked until 8 PM the last night.The price was very reasonable.

They called 5 minutes after submitting my information online. Came out on Tuesday and finished the job the same day.
