Never have him do your floors.

"This customer had no issues with the floor work before each and every step customers checked out floor and gave the go-ahead to continue there were no problems until I couldn't come on Saturday then and only then where there issues which I have proof of after customer letting me know they were not happy I literally begged for them to let me make it right and they refused every single time unfortunately"

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Connie was great, the siding project was a decently easy fix but very high up to where my friends couldnt easily get to it. He gave me insight to a vanity fix the original builders did that may have added to the issue, which is always helpful. He had to drive a ways to get here and I couldnt get anyone else to do it, so for that I was just happy to pay too much to get it done. Would recommend!

Wouldn't recommend for large jobs. Called everyday for more money because he significantly underquoted the job. He didn't know that kitchen cabinets have to be sanded before painting. Put on one coat of paint only. Looks terrible. Was supposed to leave all cabinet doors off after painting so that we could install hardware. AFTER we paid him (without being able to look at the job because he demanded payment) I went to inspect his work and pointed out that he didn't do what we asked. He said he was mistaken and would come back to remove the doors and finish painting. He said his grandmother died, which may be true, but I have not heard anything from him since and that was 10 days ago. We did have him do other items like scrape ceilings and install beadboard. The work was average. I also had to spend three hours cleaning up and putting furniture back together once we was "done" with the job.

"The original job we were hired for and was asked to do was scrape the ceiling paint it paint cabinets not send them and install beadboard in the kitchen scrape the bathroom ceiling paint it repair sheetrock and install a new fan and light, that's what I quoted the job for as written down in front of owners and agreed upon however throughout the process many other things were added to the job that was not in the original quote for labor or material. I called before moving forward with anything as we found them. Called and spoke with the homeowner to let them know what was going on and what they like me to do. I did just that homeowner got aggravate."

Ronnie Coley and his brother were very professional, polite and efficient. My project of replacing the stall boards kicked out I estimated would be a whole days work. They started at 11:30 and finished by 1:15 and went to hardware store midway for more screws. Amazing 🐎🐎 i would recommend this company for any handyman service.

I had several issues in my home and the porch to my front entrance that were rather hazardous,but Mr Coley was able to assist me efficiently and affordably. I don't know what I would of done without his help!
