My experience with Turning Point Restoration was absolutely incredible. I called them for a problem I had after a leak. Their response was fast, they explained exactly what needed to be done, and completed the project on time. Mark is very professional and friendly, and genuinely cares about being sure the job is done to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I don't know the value for money because Our insurance is paying for this. We don't know enough about this sort of thing so we have nothing to compare it with.

Mark and the rest of the guys at Turning Point went above and beyond to get things back to normal after our basement flooded due to a cracked hose bib. If all goes well, weâll never have need of a restoration company again, but if we do, we know where weâll be going. They clearly knew what they were doing, explained the process well, and got us our house back. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I had to add screws to the drywall to secure it properly. I paid for a flat duct to exhaust the air outdoors. It was never used. the exhaust fan blew the air back into my living space. insulation was cut short. I had to insist that pieces be added to fill the entire cavity floor to ceiling.

"Hi Brad. We're sorry to hear your confusion with the situation. The disposable ducting was only meant to keep the Hepa air filter out of the worker's way during that day on the job (as a convenience), as was explained previously, it was never meant to exhaust outside. It removes 99.97% of particles greater than 0.3 microns and cleans the interior air of your home. The workers offered to have it taken off of the bill and you told them to not worry about it. We will be glad to send you a check for $4.20 if you like. We follow the recommended spacing of approximately 16" for placing drywall screws on wall surfaces. As far as insulation, I spoke with the installer on the day the insulation was placed. He informed me that a piece was cut short by accident, but was corrected right away to your satisfaction. We are not in the business of cutting corners. We have a very good reputation with our customers for a reason. Please call me directly if there is anything that you need to discuss. Performed the entire job. Mold removal, determined leak, dried the area, treated the area to guard against further mold growth, repaired the leak, repaired and painted the ceiling.

My problem dealt with water coming through my second floor ceiling from a faulty air handler. Mark was quick to respond, in fact he was at my home within a half hour of my phone call. He quickly assessed the issue and began restoration immediately. Mark is the upmost professional and truly cares about his business and the results he provides. He checked in with me on nearly a daily basis to ensure the restoration was moving toward a positive end result. In addition he worked with my insurance company to ensure they had a thorough understanding of my problem. Would I hire Mark again? Absolutely!! In a heartbeat.....This guy is awesome!!
