Requested the company to come back to re-do some work.

We contracted Turnkey to replace roofs on both of our homes. One in BC and one in Coldwater MI. We contracted them and gave them a deposit in July. The communication was horrible. Management teams were non-existent during the process except for when they wanted their money. The first roof in BC was scheduled to be completed the first week of August. It was not completed until October with no communication on why the delays. When they finally showed up in October, they showed up with no notice except via email for about 12 hours before they showed up. There was not a full roofing team to work the job, so it took longer to complete. Our second roof replacement was scheduled to be completed the day before yesterday. November 23rd, but no one ever showed up for the job, and we called the office and spoke to Jerrod the scheduler who said the owner would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. This is a very unprofessional company. Management never came to the job site to verify and check customer satisfaction. They now have our down payment, and we still have no roof on the second house and no communication as to when or even if it will be completed. We are going to contact the better business bureau to see if they can assist with getting our deposit back, but may have to get a lawyer involved. It is too bad that there is such a lack of communication, as we would have loved to handle this between two parties looking for the same results but unfortunately, this company is totally non-existent in less it involves money at which time they do begin to call and communicate that they want their money.

The workers were very polite, answered all questions that I had. The clean up was done completely. Very fair with their pricing and listened to what I needed. I would recommend Turnkey to anyone that needs their roof redone.

We must say that we were very impressed from start to finish on our roof replacement. Some people may think that a skill trades job can be done by anyone but that couldn't be further from the truth. My husband and I knew after seeing 5 different roofers for estimates that we hit the jack pot with Turnkey Builders. The exemplary service started with the sales pitch and ended with a perfectly completed roof with outstanding craftsmanship and cleanup! The sales alone were by far the best to date. Not only did Wes explain the process of the roof replacement but he also showed us cutting edge videos of the Owens Corning product which explained how the product stands up to the 50 year warranty. Going through so many estimates was daunting because lets be honest, this is our home! We wanted the best for the best and that was Turnkey. They not only came in with the best product out there in market but also the best price outdoing their competitors by thousands! Communication is a big thing for me and no matter when I called or how small of a question I had they were right there answering it until I was satisfied. When they say that their number one goal is the customer, NOT the bottom line, they truly mean it! They arrived on job 2 weeks early and completed the job swiftly without a hiccup. My husband even crawled on top of our roof after completion and inspected since he is also a skills trade worker and we only found the smallest issue with the rake edge not being even in very few spots. Guess what? Turnkey was right back out here to fix that right up without the smallest excuse! They stand by their work and their word and their number one goal is the customer's happiness and to be honest we couldn't be more happy! We are so lucky a company like this exists because we are certain we not only received the roof we paid for but we also received the courtesy and respect that most companies do not strive to provide. If you are reading this ....... still lol ........ do not hesitate to call Turnkey Builders. That will be the best phone call you make all year!

Turnkey first took photographs to document the carpentry repair work and the painting to be done, and produced a document that showed the cost for each task. A specialist helped me choose a color that matched the color of my home's siding. Both the carpentry and painting were excellent. I was very impressed with project management carried out by the office. I highly recommend Turnkey Builders.

Update: After reading a review and we stopped payment we were contacted by Mr. Dylan West and he came back to our home to address all our issues. He promised all would be corrected by Turnkey crews. Turnkey crews arrived and we found them to be hardworking and courteous as they corrected the subcontractors shortcomings. They cleaned up the overspray, repainted all would siding in the original agreed upon manner and it looks great! We do have new overspray and my front door still has issues that were not correctly addressed. Brick has some blotchiness bc was touched up with incorrect sheen and some were just missed when going back over it. We agreed to amend this review once work was corrected, I am hesitant to improve on the stars because our experience remains the same and we had to take measures to have what was originally promised delivered. Hired this more expensive co because they claimed they had their own full time, well pd, insured crews - NO sub-contractors. We not only had a subcontracted crew without our knowledge or consent but were expected to pay full bid even though the Co was less than transparent about the use of subcontractors and an admitted the less labor-intensive process was used. This payment was expected after excuses made even before the paint was dry! We made payment so crews would actually get paid. Will not use nor recommend this co going forward. I find their conduct a little less than what I would expect from an honest business.

Turnkey did a fantastic job of installing a new roof and shingles on my house. Estimator Justin explained what needed to be done in a detailed estimate before work began. Turnkey used high-quality shingles and helped me pick out the perfect color. Everything was installed professionally and quickly before the spring rains started. The house was originally built in the 1950s and it looks so beautiful again. I cannot wait to show off the new roof to my family and friends this summer. I will use Turnkey again for future projects on my house.

Estimator Justin was very detailed, polite and genuine. Their price was extremely fair and the details were impressive. The install crew was great. Arrived when they said, left at dark after a full day of work. Very respectful of my property. Turnkey was so impressive to me that I have already hired them for another job.

Everyone at Turnkey was Wonderful! Very timely, quiet and polite! Clean up was great, they even did a thorough sweep for nails prior to our activity every day! We had a wonderful experience with Turnkey Builders!

I hired Turnkey Builders to replace my roof because they offered me a detailed 13 page estimate which included photos. Overall, the follow through for the project included the same attention to detail. I would highly recommend Turnkey Builders to my friends.

Really great professional crew. I was really impressed by the perfect craftsmanship, the sales team Justin was fantastic through the process.

Very nice people. Good job. Did not give the best price on the first estimate. Had no idea when the crew was going to show up but made it to the job within a week after the deposit was made. Wasnt sure what was going on when the job wasn't completed after 1st day, but they showed up the following afternoon and finished everything up, wonderfully. Just wish communication had been better. Also, clean up not great. Mower would not have liked these.
