Turtle Tuff Overhead Door

He did not deliver the doors and stole my money. I reported him to the police department. I received a court judgement in my favor, however, he never made me back. Nothing was ever done to resolve my issue.

Very poor customer service regarding defects in product. Rude. Condescending.

James Haney AKA Ronnie Larkins, Jr. required a $2000 deposit on the installation of a cantilever gate. He cashed the check but I have not received the gate, and he was to refund my deposit in November. He answers to various names on multiple phone lines.

I have used them before and kept their sticker. So glad I did. Prompt and service is amazing. Canâ t go wrong with this company. Will always think of them first.

Absolutely Top Hotch! The guys from Turtle Tuff did amazing job replacing torsion springs for our garage door. They were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We were able to get a quote over the phone and no hiden fees. Their price beat any other businesses in our area and they came out that evening. They even did extra work just to make sure it was in good running condition without charging. I can't say enough about how great they were. I will only be using them. Were quick to replace our springs and did great work. Few weeks later garage door motor went out. They replaced it with a used unit at fair price. Lesson learned, he told me to pay him cash and he didn't give me a receipt and I forgot to ask for one. I have absolutely no proof they installed this opener. Within 2 weeks garage door wont go up. I've called more than 10x's and texted at least 15. They say they'll come out but never show. I've missed work three times waiting on them. Spoke to Travis and the owner who "promises to make it right" but never shows. $350.00 later, I'm still without a working garage door.

The company was slightly unorthodox in their scheduling, as the technician showed up after 5 pm and didn’t finish until 1030 pm. However, they still accomplished the work on the day they promised. The work done was excellent. I had both a garage door and the motor installed. There was a mistake initially when the technician installed the wrong opener, but he fixed that the very next morning. The price was excellent, beating out even the big box hardware stores. I would absolutely recommend them, just don’t get too concerned if they don’t arrive at the time first estimated.

2 or 3 years ago I had 1 of 2 springs break on my garage door. It cost around $600 to repair it. Wish I could find that receipt. I was ripped off. Anyway the other spring broke and I got ahold of home advisor who had TURTLE TUFF Overhead door out here and I was charged $189 for a better quality spring sand they changed both springs for that price. Took 20 minutes. Great people best price go with it.

I called on a Sunday early afternoon, and they arrived, repaired and left on Sunday afternoon. The work was fast, affordable, and done well. I will hire again if I have a garage door issue again.

Jimmy did great job of installing garage door opener. After installing opener my garage door was still noisy, so Jimmy offered to come back in 2 days to install rollers. Thanks to Turtle Tuff the garage door is much quieter!

Arrived at 9:30pm, finished at 12:30pm Each door bottom seal has three non sealing intentions.. promises to return and correct them have not been met.
