Twelve12 Remodeling & Design - Houston, Texas Facebook

From design to installation Oliver, Brielle, and Jeremy put me at ease regarding decisions that needed to be made. I knew I could trust their experience and abilities, and I appreciated their attention to detail and follow through. My new countertop and backsplash are beautiful!

Iâ ve used Twelve12 on two separate bathroom remodels, the first being in 2018. They are a small, up-and-coming company that are taking their business to the next level. Every member of the Twelve12 team is extremely personable and sincerely want your business and truly make your remodel dreams come true. They have exceeded my expectations in each of my projects and have definitely gained a customer for life, especially after my last remodel in September/October 2019. Unfortunately me and my family were flooding victims of Tropical Storm Imelda. Cabinets for my project had arrived just days prior and hadnâ t been installed yet. We were able to save the cabinet bodies in time, but the faces on many needed to be replaced. I knew for sure that I was going to have to come out of pocket to get replacements. However; that wasnâ t the case. The guys at Twelve12 weâ re kind enough to cover the cost of the replacement faces and shed some light on a bad situation. I couldnâ t be more appreciative to the gesture, as most other companies would not have done the same. Jeremy and Oliverâ s team has grown since Iâ ve had the pleasure of first doing business with Twelve12, and for good reason; these guys really are in it to help turn your house into the home youâ ve always wanted. Thanks again, guys

Twelve12 came highly recommended by friends who had their master bath remodeled and they did an amazing job for us! Twelve12 completely gutted our master bath and created a relaxing retreat for us. In addition, they beautifully updated two more bathrooms. Oliver & Brielle worked with me to integrate my ideas and tastes into a design that is stunning. They were available when I had design questions and helped me greatly by narrowing down options (tile, paint, fixtures, etc.) thus reducing my legwork and providing choices that integrated beautifully with my color scheme and tastes. Jeremy handled the construction side of things and worked tirelessly to attend to every detail, insisting that each aspect of the job was done exactly as specified. He was great to work with, and was happy to accommodate when I expanded the job to include some work in our master bedroom. I cannot say enough nice things about Twelve12 and I highly recommend them for any remodeling work.

Hired these folks due to their high ratings and we can report that we received nothing but top shelf service and professional remodeling work from beginning to end. The end-product of their work is our beautiful updated kitchen and family room. We highly recommend Twelve12 Remodeling and plan to use them again in the future. Their cabinetry, counter-top, tile and appliance work were all more than we could have hoped for and their pricing was competitive. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

We hired Twelve/12 to remodel our small home office and to create for us a handmade wooden mantel for our fireplace. Jeremy and Oliver were very easy to work with. We gave them our ideas and they provided their expert advice to make our project come to life. Communication was prompt and professional. Our project was completed within the time frame provided with any changes properly communicated. We primarily worked with Jeremy, whose woodworking on our mantel was absolutely fantastic. We have wanted a wooden mantel for our fireplace since moving into our new house 3 years ago and we could not be happier. Our home was treated with the utmost respect and everything was left very clean despite it being a messy project. We would absolutely recommend Twelve/12 for any project. In the future, when it's time for us to make changes to our home again, Twelve/12 is the one and only phone call we will be making.

Working with Oliver and Jeremy on a kitchen remodel was terrific. They are two genuinely nice guys who care about the end result and getting the job done right. Invite a few contractors to bid your project and you will be able to tell the difference. Oliver provided 3 sketches of our project with different options in our price point. Other contractors who bid the project provided little effort in the quotation stage, providing verbal or vaguely written quotes. When it came to getting the work done, Jeremy managed his crews and clean up very well and made sure that all of the work was done to my satisfaction level. If something needed to be fixed, he made it happen. His subcontractors were all respectful and Jeremy holds them to a high standard for cleanliness. Remodeling jobs get dirty, but the effort they put in to minimize the impact on your daily life during the project makes a difference. When selecting materials, Jeremy was willing to double check the specs and provide recommendations where I needed help before I made my purchases. That's helpful if you don't have much experience in construction. At the end of the day, we love the results and really enjoyed working with Twelve12.

I hired Twelve12 to remodel my upstairs condo bath, and it turned out great. Oliver planned out the project and Jeremy handled the renovation. The project was completed on schedule and on budget, also any concerns I had were quickly addressed. All of Twelve12's trades people were great as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Twelve12 for any bath or kitchen remodel you are planning.

Twelve 12 replaced a bathroom door in our newly built home to widen the doorway 4 inches to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. Twelve 12 completed all work quickly and efficiently as promised. The door, trim, drywall, texture and tile work were all replaced to exactly match the original home so that no one can tell the door was replaced. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy. He called regularly to update us on the status and schedule of the work. The tradesmen that came to the house were all courteous and professional. The job was completed on time, and the results were above my expectations. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom & Bedroom Jeremy and Oliver did an amazing job from start to finish for our master bedroom and guest bathroom remodel. At the proposal phase of the project, Oliver provided 3D models of the renovation to give us a realistic idea of what the final results would look like. He worked with my wife and me to develop a scope of work that met our budget. Their subcontractors were very professional and did everything possible to keep everything as clean as possible. I was especially happy that Jeremy checked with me daily, either in person or by phone, about how the project was going and to keep me updated about the work schedule, As expected with the remodel of an 19 year old home, they ran into some unexpected problems. Jeremy discussed them with me and provided me with all available options to overcome them. The finished project is beautiful and completed on schedule and on budget. Jeremy went over and above what is expected of a contractor to ensure that we were happy with the work performed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Twelve 12 Remodeling and Design and will use them again for any future projects.

FANTASTIC BATHROOM RENOVATION Jeremy and Oliver did an amazing job from start to finish for our master bathroom remodel. At the proposal phase of the project, Oliver provided 3D models of the renovation to give us a realistic idea of the final product. He was also mindful of our budget and provided multiple price options for consideration. As the building materials and fixtures were selected, Jeremy and Oliver reviewed all specifications to ensure compatibility and completeness so once the project started, there would be not delays due to materials. The also used high quality materials, especially the cabinets which were constructed from solid wood, elegantly painted and included soft-close drawers. Once the project got started, Jeremy and the various sub-contractors will all very respectful, arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. All the work was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. There were a couple of times minor issue were identified and they were quickly fixed the following day. Throughout the process, both Jeremy and Oliver were responsive via e-mail and text letting us know what was happening each day and answering any questions we had. As we got to know them over the number of weeks, it was clear they loved what they did and took pride in the quality of the work. We are extremely happy with working with Twelve 12, not just for how beautiful our renovation turned out but the peace of mind that the Oliver and Jeremy would do everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

I am more than pleased with the master bathroom remodel that Twelve/12 created for me. The two owners of the company, Oliver and Jeremy, are a dynamic duo who successfully guided the project from planning to completion. Oliver met with me several times at the planning stage to to determine exactly what my vision was. His knowledge, patience, and understanding helped us create a workable plan within my budget that included all the features I wanted plus some touches that I hadn't even thought of. Then Jeremy took charge of the construction and brought the plan to life. He is a perfectionist and ensured that every detail of the work was done to the highest standards. We established a project schedule and they stuck to it. On the day that the countertop crew was in my driveway, cutting the quartz to fit, it began raining heavily. Rather than lose a day, Jeremy made a quick run to Walmart, purchased a canopy, erected it on the driveway to protect them and their saws and the work continued. The beauty and functionality of the final product exceeded my expectations and the project cost was very reasonable for the quality of the work. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project you may be considering.

Very pleased with everything they did. Hard working craftsmen. Did the work under budget and on time.

Oliver was super nice, came up with a unique, extensive design brought me a great value over everyone else in that category of work! They took into consideration what I wanted, and made it happen! They were overall great to work with!

I appreciate their attention to detail. Their customer service is excellent and their work is impeccable.
