We upgraded an existing TV/audio surround sound system. The old system was antiquated & had been tweaked with & it was hopeless! Contacted several â AV proâ sâ to recommend a solution & quote the project. Mike was head & shoulders above the rest! Our new system was installed yesterday and we LOVE it!!! Mike did an incredible job, he is professional, knowledge base is A+, works quickly & attention to every little detail!! I am pretty picky about home projects and he was perfect. He even offered to come back in 2 weeks to do more â tutorialsâ on how things work (after Iâ ve played around with it some) with the new system. He honored the original quoted price even though the job took an additional 4.5 hours. We will definitely choose him for any/all AV/Smart home projects! :)
