Twig & Leaf's Tree Service & Stump Grinding, LLC

I have used this company for tree trimming every year since they opened. They have a piece of equipment that enables them to travel from the street to my backyard without damaging my lawn or my gardens in order to trim the tops of my oak trees. They are so neat and clean in their work, that every year my neighbors hire them when they see them. Their prices are better than any other tree service I have used in the past 20 years. Twig and and Leaf is the only company I will ever call.

I waited a month for this contractor because they were busy. Finally after the wait they arrived on Monday morning. By 10:00 am they had come to me and said they couldn?t continue as they had ?bitten off more than they could chew.? I asked them what the problem was and they said the person they had contracted with to haul away the trees couldn?t make it because his truck broke down. I asked them to let me see what I could do and they continued working for now. By 3:00pm there grapple tractor had broken down and they left. The next morning they returned and the young owner was visibly upset when I told him I had lined up persons to come take the logs and I asked them to continue. He said that his grapple tractor was not working and the one they lined up wasn?t going to be available so they were quitting. I had had enough of the excuses so I told them to leave. This owner of this company is incredibly immature and has a volatile temper. He was yelling at his own father and best friend as well as treating me with contempt. I would definitely not hire this company at all.

They did exactly what was quoted to and more, Two friends of mind were so impressed they them that hired them to remove trees from their property'

Christian and his father arrived on time and removed a 25** Live Oak. They also ground the stump and roots. When done, they removed all debris, raked the lawn and used a blower to get rid of sawdust. They are courteous, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Christian and crew arrived 15 min. early to start the job as promised. They removed two tall pine trees and ground down the stumps. They worked hard all day without breaks, except lunch. Christian even trimmed back another tree gratis as a favor. I will certainly, definitely, most assuredly! :) be contacting them again for additional trees that need trimmed up. He remained available by phone and kept in close contact with me the entire time of bidding, accepting the bid, and scheduling the job. Very nice guy, and not a bad word to say about his dad, his helper, or Christian! They even left with a plate of homemade cookies for each one of them...I appreciated them that much! :)
