The only "issues" were the price per window wasn't consistent with the phone quote, and that the installers showed up with the wrong windows for the job. We had agreed to begin with the four larger windows, but the windows that the installer started bringing to the house were for the smaller windows, which we didn't plan to have installed for another 30 days. After apologies and a price concession for the inconvenience, the windows for the larger window replacements miraculously appeared and were being installed. So, our plan to spend $700 dollars on the first install fell apart. Even though an arrangement was made, was this part of the plan

The team was very professional and did what they said, when they said they'd do it. The team also worked very efficiently and installed 6 windows in a morning. I highly recommend Twin Cities Glass Block.

I was very impressed with both the guy who came out to give me an estimate and then the guys who installed the windows. It was great to have that feeling of trust in knowing that you were getting a good deal and happy after the work was done because of the great job they did. I would suggest this company to anyone who needed glass block windows installed.
