The work was excellent. The men were pleasant, they cleaned up, and they were efficient. Brandon called me several times during the process to inform of scheduling and to be sure I was happy with the job. the final payment wasn't due until I was completely satisfied with the job.

From the planning to the final project everything was done very professionell from the entire team. The service provided by Brandon Hoehl , Joe Nelson, Ken Perry, and the oversight of Field Production Supervisor John Lanning was especially appreciated.

Brandon and his crew did such a GREAT JOB updating my Upstairs Bathroom that I had him come back and rebuild my Main Floor Bathroom. He was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL with every step of the projects from design, project management, and communication. He eliminated all the stress of having work done in my house. Thank you for going beyond my expectations! I will highly recommend you to everyone and use you for my Kitchen when the time comes.

We contacted 3 companies to review our Bathroom Project. It was very clear after sitting down with Brandon that we knew he was the guy to do our project. He knew what he was talking about, gave great suggestions, and understood what we valued most was Quality. His pricing was in line with the other companies but we chose to go with him due to his ability to understand the project and the ins and outs. Very detailed and impressive! Brandon came out to do our estimate and had good ideas and was way more knowledgeable about the actual construction aspect than any of the other companies we spoke with. The work done in our Master Bathroom, including the walk in closet and our laundry room is absolute perfection. The master bathroom is literally my most favorite room in our house now. My mom recently had her bathroom remodeled by Twin City Home Remodeling. The remodeling project went very smoothly. Brandon and his team were very clear when communicating with my mom. They were conscientious of her requests and questions and very respectful. It is easy for some to disregard the feelings of the elderly but this team was quite the opposite. They were always polite and attentive. Their workmanship was very thorough and did a very good job with cleaning up at the end of each day. The bathroom is beautiful and I am very happy we went with Twin City Home Remodeling. I will definitely keep them in mind for my own projects in the future.

Brandon with Twin City with great and planning and communicating. We have had problems with contractors in the past with communication but Brandon was better than any contractor we have ever worked with. The tile person was great and will use them again for other projects.

John, the project manager checked regularly on the progress of the kitchen and that was very helpful. He always responded to my texts as well. The people who did the work were very professional and did quality work. Everything was cleaned up and touched up to my satisfaction. This was a large project on a very old house so I am really pleased with the outcome. Only took about 6.5 weeks.

I wasn't in a hurry to get the work done but after a month without a call I called them and got on the schedule right away. No big deal but would have thought I would have got a status update. The person that did the work was fantastic. He made sure everything looked good and left a note if he had any questions since no one could be home while he was here. He took care of removing the garbage and did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely ask for the same person if I use TC Home Remodeling again.

I would highly recommend Twin City Home Remodeling - they were all very helpful and they did a fantastic job on our bathroom! John stopped in everyday to check what had been done that day and just to make sure everything was looking the way I wanted it! We will definitely call them for any other remodeling we need!!!

It took a while to get my project on their schedule, but once scheduled they showed up on time and the guy who did the door install was a real pro. He took his time on the install, worked quietly and independently, clean-up all his work and the door looks great and seems to be really high quality. I have them coming back to do some additional work and hope that this is the beginning of a long term relationship for the various projects I have planned the next few years.

Twin City Home Remodeling was the only company that responded to an emergency on Saturday AM. They repaired the damage immediately and ordered new doors. My house needed custom sized doors-which cost much more than I anticipated. Joe was willing to wait for the insurance settlement for payment. It was a pleasure working with this company & I highly recommend their service.

Prompt, courteous and efficient

A small kitchen remodel took over 80 days and a LOT of heartache. 80 days might not seem like a lot (almost 3 months!), but think about it in terms of people you don't know having access to your house, inconvenience, and upset animals, it was really unpleasant. Bad suppliers, bad foreman, hidden costs and poor communication. I particularly loved the fact that they made it seem like I got such a great deal in the end. It would've been nice if they offered anything for the inconvenience, but nope- they waived costs that I would've have refused to pay anyway. Nice work, but absolutely not worth it.

Joe Nelson (the owner) of TCHR) is very conscientious. He returns phone calls and emails quickly; he showed up at the site to see how the carpenter who was installing the door was doing; saw that the old door was carted off a day after the job was done (taken on a Sunday). The carpenter worked 8.5 hours without a break and was a perfectionist. Given the time the job took and how hard the carpenter worked, the bid seemed very reasonable to us. We are satisfied. The job is not completed, however, so . . . .

Got project done quickly and at a fair cost.

Nelson Nursery did a fantastic job on my lawn. The were very professional and timely and a pleasure to work with. I will and have recommended Nelson to anybody looking for a first rate company. I actually have hired them to do more work at my home.

They totally revamped my whole yard. Everything from weeding gardens, trimming trees and mowing my lawn. My house is on the market so it was nice to have someone else take care of all of it.

Did a great job at a great price (Dethatching & Lawn Aeration). Opportunities exist in communication, was an oversight, but a common mistake�especially this time of year (spring).

Prompt response and did the job the next day. But did not like the fact that they sent someone else to do the job whom they had subcontract with. The quality of work was ok-good.
