Shane was quick to respond and very affordable on the trimming estimate. It was key that we got it done before it got too warm as there were many branches touching the roof, and we'd just moved in so couldn't do it sooner. We had a little more to do after the initial trimming (partly for satisfaction, partly for more requested work) and he returned the next day to finish up. He also hauled away the additional branches I'd trimmed off another tree. Shane did a great job and I'd highly recommend him, even the neighbors were shocked by the cost.

Shane and his partner were efficient, timely, hard working and prompt. I put in a request to Home Advisor in the morning, and they cleaned up and hauled away my brush by the end of the same day. I got outrageously expensive bids from other contractors, but Shane was reasonably priced and did great work. He even cut a dead limb from my biggest shade tree and hauled it too, for no extra charge. I highly recommend him, and will use him again in the future as my landscaping projects continue.

Job was to clear yard/dispose of leaves/fertilze lawn. Came on Mon., couldn't get all leaves in truck so said he would pick rest up on Wed. when back to fertilize. Also was to clear an area he had missed & clean up a small area that wasn't done to our satisfaction. No show/no call on Wed. Called Fri. & apologized - said he would be at my house Sat. aprox. 8AM. No show/no call. I left a message canceling fertilization & asked him to just clean up pile of leaves left on blvd. & rest of yard. It is now a week later, Tues. afternoon & still haven't heard from him. Wouldn't recommend. Update to review: Job was completed Tues PM

"We completed the project. Had to return to pick up a very small pile of leaves, and a small area in the back corner of the property which was never part of the original agreement. (They wanted their woods cleared of leaves) in the meantime we were held up due to rain and snow. Returned when it was dry enough to finish job. I should not have assumed the owner would have understood that we are unable to do work when it is raining a wintry mix. Her story is simply untrue."

Very nice person on the phone. Told him I only had 2 trees to go around, one in the yard and one in the blvd. My yard was cleaned up nicely but the blvd was not touch (I conider that part of my yard). I left a check for Mr. Thorson and requested a bill and business card to be left for me I received neither.

"Very nice lady. Great to work with. Never mentioned anything about Blvd, just up around the house and the back yard. Blvd is considered the cities responsibility. Had I known she wanted it? I certainly would have done it at no extra cost, no questions asked."

Fresh Visions guys came promptly on very short notice and finished the work off quickly. It was well done - they cleaned the leaves off my deck too although I was not expecting them to do it. My only word of caution with them would be to be sure about the work that you want them to do - I did not realize that my roof-gutters were covered and therefore I did not need them cleaned. The Fresh Visions guys blew a handful of leaves off the gutters, but charged me the full price of cleaning them. Otherwise, work well done.

Shane was helpful during the phone conversation to acquire the quote. Shane then followed up in a timely manner to make sure we had all the information we needed. Once hired, the job was complete within days and the yard looks great! I would definitely do business with Shane and Fresh Visions Sod again.

They were very eager and willing to the job done. He showed up the night before to get a start of the yard cleanup and did an excellent job. I plan to use him for all my lawn care next spring and for my snow removal this winter. I highly recommend Fresh Visions!
