Joe was unbelievably thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. He ended up spending over 10 and a half hours at the property that we intend to purchase. He has quite a bit of experience as an electrician but demonstrated expertise in virtually every aspect of home maintenance that we came across. The report was very well done and served as a perfect checklist to work from as soon as we close. My wife and I are greatly appreciative of Joe and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Joe was extremely communicative. Advised when he would arrive in advance and on same day. The report was thorough and detailed with good images. We used this inspection as a "selling feature" for a home listing. Would use him again.

Joe is excellent, on time, incredibly thorough, spent 7 hours with no breaks! He was an electrician for 20 years, so he sees a lot that others may miss. He also took the time to explain how different systems worked, the right way to do certain installs, fix some things on the fly! Having bought many homes over the years, Joe is absolutely the best.
