From the day that I requested a quote to the finish of my 10×20 back deck was only 1 week. I had five pairs of exterior shutters replaced. Two of the windows were blocked by several large bushes. Mark did a great job with no complaints. Mark was courteous and professional. He contacted me right away, came to measure the shutters and ordered them very quickly. Once the shutters arrived, he scheduled the installation and did a great job. My autistic daughter stayed outside with Mark the entire time talking to him. Mark was very kind and talked with her throughout the installation. He even thanked her for her assistance before he left. I plan on hiring Mark for future projects. I highly recommend Twin Oaks.

I purchased a house with a bad porch that the insurance was hesitate to provide coverage. Upon purchasing the house Mark from Twin Oaks provided me with the best affordable solutions to repair the porch;unlike other quotes, he gave me the best price and an excellent job was done. Porch looks like a high end house with new railings and repaired concrete, also the concrete was painted to match my house -Mark gave me the brocure and I picked the color.

Mark was a consummate professional. He overcame some installation obstacles unique to my house without charging extra for the additional work involved. A real pro. I recommend him without reservation. Will definitely use him again.
