I’d like to brag on the Twin Oaks Landscape for a minute, I hired this company about a week or two ago to come by the house, and take care of a bunch of bushes, and shrubs that were taking over my house, and yard. The owner was very friendly, respectful, and knew what he was doing, and over all pretty reasonable with pricing. Thank you Twin Oaks for taking care of the burden that was taken over my house! 10/10

The twin oaks landscape crew did an incredible job on my lawn. Keeps coming back in fuller with every cut, and best part is they are very affordable compared to the other landscape crews in the area. Definitely recommend them to anyone I come in contact with that asks

My experience with East Tennessee Greenworks was very poor. This was a large project to be done in 4 phases. They came out and provided a detailed estimate which I liked. 1. on the day they started work, we reviewed what was to be done and they began. i happened to be walking by later and an employee had dug up one of my azalea bushes and getting ready to dig up the other! these were specifically addressed in the pre-review work to be left alone. fortunately, this error was caught in time and the plant re-planted. 2. the next phase involved pulling up all plants and planting grass on a strip. no problems. 3. this is where it gets bad. the next phase involved trimming bushes, weeding, putting down tarp and pea gravel. again, on the day of the work, we reviewed what was to be done and we were specific ( in light of the azalea incident). i was working in the garage when i realized a chain saw was running. i immediately went out. 5 of my rhododendrons had been cut down. these were 20 year old bushes. i told them to stop and leave. later, as i was cleaning up the debris (i agreed to do this), i realized my 5' tall rose bush had been "trimmed" to an 8" stick! at this point, there are no more bushes or plants to be saved. i decided to have this phase completed. 4. compensation: jacob reduced the price of the work by the cost of 5 new rhododendrons (not the mature plants that were there). he offered to replace and plant these bushes but i refused because I was so upset by the incompetence of the workers who had done the damage. he also replaced the "trimmed" rose bush with a knock-out variety rose which was fine. 5. unfortunately, the pain and aggravation factor can't be compensated.

I do not know if I would hire this business for a very large job. They do not possess the heavy equipment used at more established firms, but the work they did for me was quickly done and my tree was left with good angled cuts that should heal well. Very courteous and timely. Pricing reasonable.

He was very professional, we set up a time schedule which was perfect and he even clean after finishing. He did everything that we ask for and had reasonable prices. I have zero complaints.

They came to finish taking down a Bradford pear tree. Two big limbs were already on the ground. they did a good job cutting and removing the tree, but they left a big part of one of the limbs laying against the stump. Also they did not cut the tree low enough.

Don't pay this company in advance. He shows up every other week. Does a terrible job with clean up. After termination of services , he has yet to refund advance.

They came on a day I was not at home but visited beforehand to see what the project detailed. I only had 2 small trees to remove, but I was also interested in my shrubs being trimmed and some weeding-- with the removal of a single shrub. The leaves from the shrubs were not removed and the single shrub was left. They never called back to make sure everything was okay. My coworkers were waiting to see how they did, because we all were needing this type service. I told them ahead of time the yard work was the main issue. It is mostly my fault for not being available and Tree Removal was their expertise, not yard work. They were very nice young men.

They showed up on time to trim two trees and remove another. They did a great job trimming while checking with me to make sure they were doing what I wanted. The 30-40 foot tree that they removed had to be taken down piecemeal to avoid damaging other landscape and a gazebo. They did that successfully. Their price was very reasonable compared with other bidders. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

This turned out to be the easiest way to get everything done, quickly and efficiently. Great job! I'll be keeping their number handy for the future.

They did a very good job. I would hire them again in the future. I would also recommend them to any one else.

They are hard workers, who work with integrity and are proactive. They cleared a large fence line of bamboo for me and made an outside living space for my grill and maybe a fire pit. We did have a discrepancy with the invoice. I have learned to get everything invoiced upfront. I do wish the bamboo stubs could be cut out but it couldn't be done. I have switched to them to mow my yard for the season.
