So expensive! And after it snowed the next day, my boyfriend and I were able to clear the roof with a borrowed tool better and more completely than the crew of professionals did. I felt taken advantage of and very overchaeged. The good thing I can tell you is that the owner is very personable and quick. He picked up the phone after hours.

Remember that people who do work on roofs in the winter are taking high safety risks. I was becoming quite worried about the possibility of my ice dams causing some leakage. I called Twin Pines at 5:00 p.m. on Monday and they came out and did the job at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. I am appreciative of the contacts before, during and after the project. It's hard to put a price tag on such projects. It takes equipment, a crew, insurance, know-how, time and effort. Because of this, I do not question the cost.

Scott was personable and listened to my requests and questions. They completed the job in one day despite equipment issues. The quality of their work was great.
