Twin Services was a breath of fresh air. We had a bunch of projects mounting up and they handled them beautifully. They were punctual, communicative, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. I almost don t want to write a review because I don t want the word getting out too much!

Rob and his brother were extremely easy to work with. I had lots of requests, and they handled and executed them with no issues. They were very thorough and fair priced. I d highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Twin Services to do work on my house and I can't say enough great things about them. They took my drawing and specs and created a beautiful deck and workspace for me quickly and professionally for less than other contractors bid. I've had terrible experiences with other contractors in the area, but will never look further than these guys for any of my home improvement needs. Rob and Bill are the BEST!

My home inspection revealed that the sub-breaker panel, located inside, was a Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) brand. This brand of panel was installed for 7-8 years in the 70 but there were design problems that led to the brand losing its UL listing and going out of business. There are known problems with this brand panel that has led to some insurance companies either charging more or refusing coverage for such panels. Rob and Bill were able to demo out the existing main panel and install a 200 amp main breaker 20 circuit N1 panel in a closet just outside the front door. New breakers were sized as per wire size at the panel. The closet was slightly modified internally for the new panel. Inside there is another sub panel that is also FPE. Twin Services demo out that panel and installed a main lug 30 circuit panel with properly sized breakers for the wiring at the panel. They also marked both panels and breakers. Additionally, there were minor infractions that were noted in the inspection report for my hot water heater shut off switch (there was none) and no GFCIs in the kitchen. Rob and Bill also rectified these and the whole project only took 1 day.Very trustworthy and knowledgeable people that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Robert Heffker and his crew went above and beyond with excellent customer service. The completed work was more than was detailed in the job description but necessary for cosmetic reasons in order to make the finished job look its best. I cannot appreciate that extra effort more. He also took extra time to complete additional tasks to help beautify the overall look of my interior space, such as taking the time to adjust light fixtures, venetian blinds, replace plates to the walls, and complete some trim work that he noticed needed some touch ups. He listens to the homeowner with an open mind and was very flexible to work with. He goes beyond the job description to make sure that the overall job comes out looking great! Pricing was the best estimate that I got for the job. No hidden costs. I highly recommend this company for any renovating service.

Rob and Bill worked for my mother and father for many weeks, completing a list of projects my mom wanted finished. (She has very high standards, and can be frustratingly picky.) Although they were originally hired to paint, their expertise level in all sorts of things around the house came to be utilized. From fixing doors, building things out, installing shower heads and even fixing the router- there was nothing we asked that they weren't happy to take on professionally and with perfection. I will ALWAYS use them whenever I have a project. They were also charming and a pleasure to be around.

I love my floor. Twin Services installed waterproof vinyl plank flooring in 4 bedrooms, a hallway and the den. I am so happy with the way they handled the transitions to the other floors. They also redid the baseboards and painted the den. They were great to work with, and I did not mind having them in my home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done.

I am a novice when it comes to home improvement so I have to rely on dozens of estimates and the hope that I will not be taken advantage of. Before a large home renovation project that included removing carpet and replacing with laminate flooring, painting 3 floors of doors, windows, ceilings, and walls, and 3 full bathroom remodels you can imagine that I called the entire suite of NOLA contractors. Most were fine and some were outrageous, but none were as honest as the Heffker brothers. Their estimate included "no fluff" and was by far the best one I received. Their work has been superlative and I can't imagine the stress that would have been involved trying to coordinate with some of the other companies that I contacted. I look forward to working with Twin Services in the future. They are two honest guys that take pride in their work!
